SMS in collaboration with Ministry of Health, Govt. Of West Bengal is conducting training programme to decreasing Mother Mortality Rate and Child Mortality Rate and promoting institutional delivery.

Beneficiaries: All the rural and urban people who came under health service specially the mothers and the children. Few objectives of this project are Identifying and registering new pregnancies, birth and death, mobilizing, counselling and supporting the community to demand and seek health services. Identifying, managing or referring cases of illness. Supporting health service, delivery through home visits, first-aid and immunizations sessions are some of basic activities of this project. Maintaining data and participating in community-level health planning.
